I seem to have lost my original of this, but I still wanted to colour it, so I was like, "WHATEVER I HAVE A TABLET AND PHOTOSHOP WHY AM I WAITING."
I'm pretty happy with how it came out, but some things weren't working for me how I wanted them too... But since this is only, like, the third or fourth thing I've seriously coloured I think I can have a little slack. I wanted kind of a harsher light effect against Emmett's back, but, there you go.
I tried to make them pale. I think I succeeded.
Edward and Emmett are (c) Stephenie Meyer. Who is awesome.
no. (though i wouldn't mind if he were, lul.)
but no. he's just got his thumb hooked into the hem and they're sliding down a bit. thankfully he's wearing boxers. but he doesn't have a belt to hold them up like edward.
i don't know, it made them look more opposite. D:

Uhm, i think part of the issue is that you picked what looks like a cool white for the lighting.. Which, IMO, makes them look like they must be cold. Don't ask me why, it just look like a really cold light. Like they're standing there like that and somebody's got a refridgerator door open behind Emmett and the light is illuminating them but they also must be really effing chilly.
I like the hair.
And he softness of the shading. It makes it feel like a watercolor.
Emmett's neck is a bit short... like, the trapezius muscles (the bumps between a guys neck and his shoulder bumps) seem to go up too high on him. It's easy to do that in a profile.
And... Uh... i think Emmett's far shoulder shows too much, it makes it look really overlappy in some way.
Now for the stuff i like:
THe colors in general, except for how cold that white is. Soft and warm. And i love the way you softened the lineart.
Emmett's pants. <3
Edward all over. He's cute here. His hair i love esp. and his expression. The expressions on both of them are nice.
The fact that their body types are distinctly different but it's subtle.
The way you draw noses. SO KYOOT.
Kay, im done.
Please dont think im being mean or holier-than-thou or anything, cause i fail utterly at digital coloring lmao.

Dude, no way. xD That was really helpful. Yeah, the lighting gave me the hardest trouble; trying to darken it while still trying to keep them really white. I might go back and try to fix that someday, when I know what I'm doing... xDD; And yeah. I hate drawing people on profile purely for the reason that everything is so hard to get right.
Thanks! ;3; Edward's hair is definitely my fave part. And drawing facial expressions is, like, my fave part of drawing anything. Srsly.
And I just realised why they look so cold. I used blueish-greys to shade them instead of skin colours, so they look icy. But this goes with it because they're vampires, and they have really cold skin, so maybe it works. xD I don't know. And if you've read the books and I just explained something you already knew then I apologise.

it has the tiniest gay vibe. which is probably why i love it. cause there is so NOTHING THERE. just a lot of "hey edward. hey. hey edward. hey. wanna arm wrestle? no? fine, I'm going to go put marbles on Bella's floor and watch her trip."
